Bolognese Sauce:
1 lb ground beef (or mix beef + pork)
1 medium onion — finely chopped
2 garlic cloves — minced
1 carrot — finely diced
1 celery stalk — finely diced
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
½ cup beef broth (optional)
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
Salt & pepper to taste

12 oz spaghetti

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Base
Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Make the Sauce
In a pan, cook ground meat over medium heat until lightly browned.
Add onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Cook 4–5 minutes until soft.
Stir in tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, oregano, and basil.
Simmer on low for 15–20 minutes (longer = deeper flavor).
Season with salt and pepper.
3. Finish with Craft Oil

4. Serve
